We may also collect information automatically through cookies, analytics and similar technologies when you visit our website. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
4. How we use your information
We use your personal information to: process and fulfil your orders; deliver Products to you; process payments; communicate with you about your orders and our Service; provide customer support; provide direct marketing (where you have consented or it is otherwise permitted by law); and comply with our legal obligations.
Where we use your information for direct marketing, we will provide a simple means for you to opt out, including in each marketing communication. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose your personal information to service providers who assist us in operating the Service, such as payment processors, delivery carriers, email and analytics providers, and cloud hosting services. These parties are required to handle your information confidentially and only for the purposes we authorise.
We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of PACHEEZ, our customers or others.
We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Overseas disclosure
We primarily store and process personal information within Australia. Where we disclose information to overseas service providers (for example, cloud or analytics platforms), we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle your information in accordance with the APPs, and we remain responsible for that information.
7. Access and correction
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Please contact us using the details in section 13.
We will respond to your request within a reasonable time. In limited circumstances, we may not be required to provide access, and if so we will explain the reasons for that decision.
8. Data quality and security
We take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information we collect is accurate, up to date and complete, and to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Payment details are processed by our third-party payment provider and are not stored on our systems. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
9. Anonymity and pseudonymity
Where it is lawful and practicable, you may interact with us anonymously or using a pseudonym. However, we will generally need your name and contact details to process orders and provide the Service.
10. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website and to improve the Service. Cookies are small files stored on your device. You can disable cookies in your browser, although some features of the Service may not function correctly if you do.
