Returns policy
14-day window
Because our patches are wellness supplements, only unopened patches can be returned — within 14 days of delivery — for a full refund.

Received the wrong or damaged item? Contact us right away and we'll put it right.
PACHEEZ patches are wellness supplements. For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used patches cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
